Musician, 11 – 19 August 2022
It is with style and presence that Anna Litvinenko has captivated audience’s attention. Her playing demonstrates great passion and strength, but anyone listening with more careful ears will detect her sensitivity, attention to detail, and love for the more intimate and fragile moments in music. Since an early age, her talent and dedication led her to many of the world’s finest stages as a soloist and chamber musician. Anna is currently based in The Netherlands, where she is involved in the early music scene and is a member of both the Chekhov piano trio the improvisation ensemble Kalea.
Anna’s musical personality has been greatly influenced by her teachers Joel Krosnick, Richard Lester and Lucia Swarts, with whom she studied at the Juilliard School, the Royal College of Music in London and the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague. She graduated from the latter cum laude, where she was also the recipient of the Fock Medal. Her degrees were generously supported by the J. William Fulbright grant, Holland Scholarship, Excellence Scholarships, the Jerome L. Greene Fellowship, Rose Williams Scholarship, and the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation.
