The Orlando Festival has a diverse group of visitors. You can actively participate in the festival, with an existing ensemble or as an Ad Hoc participant (we will find a suitable ensemble for you). Or you can come and enjoy 10 days of chamber music in Kerkrade as a guest.
The different packages that the Orlando Festival offers are listed below. For more information about the different packages, see 'Join and Visit'.
The festival starts on Thursday morning, August 11. At 13.00 the lessons for the amateur ensembles, the masterclasses and the workshops start. On the last day there are usually no more festival activities.
The remaining days are divided like this:

As a participant you will receive a personal timetable. During each block there will be one or two masterclasses and/or rehearsals (in the Multifuncitonal Room in the HuB.Kerkrade and/or Room 1 in the music school of the SMK Foundation) that you can visit. The daily schedule can be found on the Orlando website or can be picked up at the Orlando Festival office in the HuB.Kerkrade.
Lunch for all participants and visitors who have booked a packagedeal is served in the theater bar in the HuB.Kerkrade and dinner will be served in Erenstein Castle (note: this also applies to guests who stay overnight in Fletcher Hotel Parkstad!). Breakfast will be served in the breakfast rooms of the hotel where you are staying.
During the breaks you can visit the theater bar for a cup of coffee. These can be paid for directly at the bar in cash or by pin.

The visitor package with overnight stay includes:
* Overnight stay in an excellent room in Fletcher Hotel Erenstein Castle (as long as there is room, five and ten-day packages are given priority) or Fletcher Hotel Parkstad. Arrival before 12.00 due to the lunch served in the HuB.Kerkrade. Check-in at the hotel is possible from 15.00 on (there is a guarded luggage storage facility in the HuB.Kerkrade);
* From Fletcher Hotel Parkstad there will be a free shuttle service for participants and visitors who do not have their own transport (E-bikes can be rented at the hotel). More information about the shuttle service will follow soon;
* Breakfast (served at the hotel where you are staying), lunch (served at the HuB.Kerkrade) and dinner buffet (served at Erenstein Castle);
* Access to all festival activities during the number of days booked;
* Entrance ticket to the afternoon concert in PLT;
* Entrance ticket to the evening concert in PLT;
* Check out on the day of departure before 11.00. Your Orlando stay ends after breakfast!

* Entrance ticket to the afternoon concert in PLT;
* Entrance ticket to the evening concert in PLT;
* Check out on the day of departure before 11.00. Your Orlando stay ends after breakfast!
